High-Performance Setworks with Programmable Blade Height Control

Accuset2 Setworks allows 16 pre-set board thicknesses to quickly and accurately calculate and control blade height while referencing from the previous cut or desired finished product. Operates in five control modes and includes on-board diagnostics.

Auto-Down Mode

For quick saw head positioning when sawing the same sized boards, the auto-down mode is able to store up to 16 programmable increments for a variety of board sizes. After selecting the desired board thickness, simply tap the control lever down to automatically adjust the blade height down for your next board.

Auto-Up Mode

Ideal for raising the sawhead when large incremental cuts are needed, the auto-up mode is able to store up to 16 programmable increments for a vareity of board sizes. After selecting the desired board thickness, simply tap the control lever up to automatically adjust the blade height up.

Pattern Mode

Designed for getting the maximum amount of desired lumber with minimal waste from a log, the pattern mode is able to store 16 programmable board thicknesses, automatically calculate your first cut, and calculate the final desired cant while maximizing the most amount of boards throughout the sawing process.

Reference Mode

Program four pre-set up/down locations of the sawhead.

Manual Mode

Operate the sawhead positioning manually without the use of Accuset2 presets while referencing from the blade height display.

On Board Diagnostics

Continually monitors operation for optimal sawing performance.
