LT50WIDE hydraulic portable sawmill is a powerhouse! LT50WIDE hydraulic portable sawmill features a cutting capacity for sawing 41" diameter logs into 34-1/2" wide boards up to 21' in length. Built in the USA with a premium quality welded steel frame, the patented open side of the LT50 hydraulic sawhead allows for minimal leveling during set-up, easy off-bearing with the trapezoid shaped bed, and sawing of odd shaped logs. Featuring Deluxe Accuset® 2 Setworks, auto clutch, hydraulic loading arms, hydraulic toeboards, power feed motor, auto board return arm and table and optional debarker to help remove dirt and bark from the blade path to keep blades sharp longer, the LT50WIDE hydraulic portable sawmill delivers rockstar results.

Hydraulic Bi-Directional Chain Log Turner

Twice as fast as a claw turner, logs and cants are easily turned and rotated for maximum control with a hydraulically controlled bi-directional steel chain log turner.

Fast Powered Saw Head with Advanced Setworks

Quickly and accurately move the saw head up/down and forward/reverse for sawing with the easy-to-use powered saw head controls. An individual power feed motor delivers faster forward/reverse saw head speeds for increased production. Plus, the advanced setworks allow for pre-set board thicknesses to automatically calculate and control blade height while referencing from the previous cut or from the bed of the sawmill for increased efficiency and performance.

Gas, Diesel, or Electric Power

The powerful and reliable 38HP gas, 35HP diesel, or 25HP electric power options deliver the necessary power to meet your high-production sawing needs.

Hydraulic Bi-Directional Log Clamp

The heavy-duty bi-directional hydraulic log clamp tightly fastens logs for sawing and is adjustable up/down and in/out as material is cut.

Auto Blade Lubrication

Keep the sawmill blade cool and free of pitch, sap, and sawdust while sawing with the auto blade lubrication that applies directly to the blade. The lubrication valve automatically opens when the sawmill controls are in the forward feed position and closes in neutral or reverse for consistently distributing lubrication to the blade when you need it.

Road-Ready Trailer

The LT50WIDE is completely portable and ready for road travel with a standard single axle trailer, hitch, taillights, and electric brakes.

Hydraulic Log Loading Arms

Load large logs onto the sawmill bed with the hydraulically controlled loading arms. Each arm features a self-leveling, heavy-duty cylinder.

Power feed motor

Individual power feed motor delivers greater forward/reverse sawhead speeds and increased performance.

Hydraulic Vertical Side Supports

Four strong steel side supports – two manual and two vertical hydraulically controlled with heavy-duty rollers to assist with turning logs - are adjustable up/down to stabilize logs on the bed during loading, turning, clamping, and sawing. An additional built-in bed side support on each bunk allows for final cuts as low as 1” of the bed.
