About This Product

Take to the road with the LT28 portable sawmill! The LT28 portable sawmill features a cutting capacity for sawing 32" diameter logs into 26" wide boards up to 21' in length. Built in the USA with a premium quality welded steel frame, the LT28 portable sawmill combines manual log handling with the patented cantilever sawmill design that allows for minimal leveling during set-up, easy off-bearing with the trapezoid shaped bed, and sawing of odd shaped logs. Featuring a quick up/down sawhead, adjustable blade guide arm, steel log loading ramps, steel side supports and log clamp, optional power feed for sawhead forward/reverse, and optional log deck package for improved log handling, the LT28 portable sawmill is engineered for sawyers on the move and ready for road travel.

Sawhead up/down

A quick turn of the handle moves saw head up/down 2" for each full rotation or 1/16" for each notch.

Loading ramps

Assists in loading logs onto the bed.

Four side supports & clamp

Fully adjustable log clamp tightly secures log against four adjustable side supports to allow cuts within 1" of bed.

Easy hook-up and tow

Standard trailer with 2" hitch allows for easy hook-up and towing.
