Go all in with the entry-level hydraulic LT35 hydraulic portable sawmill! The LT35 hydrualic portable sawmill features a cutting capacity for sawing 32" diameter logs into 26" wide boards up to 21' in length. Built in the USA with a premium quality welded steel frame, the patented cantilever open side of the LT35 sawhead allows for minimal leveling during set-up, easy off-bearing with the trapezoid shaped bed, and sawing of odd shaped logs. Featuring SimpleSet Setworks & powered head controls, hydraulic log turner, hydraulic toeboards, hydraulic clamp & two hydraulic side supports, and optional debarker, the LT35 hydraulic portable sawmill is perfect for sawyers looking to reduce manual labor and increase productivity.

Large In-Class Sawing Capacity
Saw softwood and hardwood logs up to 32” in diameter with a 26” width of cut and a 10-½” depth of cut – more than enough capacity for most logs you'll come across.

Sawmill Bed Features
In addition to a fully-welded steel construction, the sawmill bed features complete hydraulic log handling including log loading arms, log leveling toeboards, claw log turner, log clamp, and two hydraulic side supports for increased production with less effort.

Secure Logs with Hydraulic Log Clamp and Side Supports
The heavy-duty hydraulic log clamp tightly fastens logs for sawing and is adjustable up/down and in/out as material is cut. Four strong steel side supports - two hydraulically controlled with heavy-duty rollers to assist with turning logs - are adjustable up/down to stabilize logs on the bed during loading, turning, clamping, and sawing. An additional built-in bed side support allows for final cuts within 1” of the bed.

High-Performance Sawing with Blade Guide Rollers
High-performance blade guide rollers provide extra support and stability for sawmill blades to saw accurately and consistently compared to blade guide blocks. In addition to continuously feeding the blades, the blade guide rollers apply downward pressure on the blade while sawing for better cut quality. Sawmill blades run on belted 19" diameter cast iron band wheels for additional stability in the cut.

Support the Blade with Adjustable Blade Guide Arm
Reduce blade travel and support the blade when sawing narrow and wide material with the adjustable blade guide arm.

Optional Debarker
Mud, rocks, bark, and other sawmill blade dulling debris is no longer a problem with an optional debarker. Powered by a ¾ HP motor, the debarker protects sawmill blades from damage by clearing a ¼” wide path in front of where the sawmill blade enters the cut. With a debarker, you will save money by extending your sawmill blade life and you will also save time previously spent on prewashing logs and changing blades more often from sawing into debris

Road-Ready Trailer with Simple Setup
The LT35 Hydraulic is completely portable and ready for road travel with a standard single axle trailer and electric brakes. Six adjustable outriggers allow for quick set-up and simple leveling of the bed to prepare for sawing.

Powered Saw Head Controls with Setworks
Quickly and accurately move the saw head up/down and forward/reverse for sawing with the easy-to-use powered saw head controls. Plus, the simple setworks allow two pre-set board thicknesses to automatically control blade height while referencing from the previous cut for increased efficiency and performance.

Reliable Gas or Diesel Power
Powerful and dependable 25HP gas and 24HP diesel engines with electric start are available to fit your needs.

Easy Blade Changes with Two-Piece Sawhead
Sawmill blade changes are easy with the two-piece saw head cover that is secured by two inside fasteners. To change a sawmill blade, simply release the blade tension, replace the blade, and tension the blade with the simple screw indicator without having to remove any extra parts.

Rotate and Level Logs with Hydraulic Log Turner and Toeboards
Rotating a log or cant for the next cut is easy with the hydraulic steel log turner. Two hydraulic toeboards assist with precise leveling of the heartwood of the log to maintain lumber quality. The toeboards are also equipped with rollers to allow to sawyer to easily move material across the bedframe.

Load Logs with Hydraulic Loading Arms
Lift heavy logs onto the bed with ease using the hydraulic loading arms.
